Through our partnership with McKinsey & Company, their consultants are volunteering on an ongoing basis in our Mentorship Programme. Volunteers are mentoring students aged 14-15 at partner schools and shelters as well as our our older Web Dev students. The aim is to provide students with the tools to succeed in life and work through advice on communication, financial literacy and more.

Before the start of the Mentorship Programme, consultants went through six hours of training by CodeBrave. The trainings included sessions on how to work with children safely and effectively.
