Through our partnership with McKinsey & Company, their consultants are volunteering on an ongoing basis in our Mentorship Programme in Bekaa. The volunteers are mentoring our students aged 14-15 to succeed in life and work through advice on communication, financial literacy and more.

Before the start of the programme, all McKinsey consultants went through six hours of training by CodeBrave. The trainings included sessions on how to work with children safely and effectively.
